Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field or 2+ years of agriculture experience.
• CCA desirable.
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurable driving record as per Beck’s policy.
• Safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Grow dealer/customer network proactively.
• Identify, recruit, onboard and develop dealer candidates.
• Coach dealers to meet sales growth objectives and maintain service standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams on licensing, inventory, distribution and issue resolution.
• Lead dealers to master SeedIQ and use it in the sales process.
