Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Seed Sales professional in Ohio to grow our grower network, drive sales of agricultural inputs, and ensure timely delivery and service quality. You will work with growers to meet revenue goals and promote our proprietary products.

You will consult on agricultural issues, support credit-related processes, and collaborate with team members to deliver value-added solutions. Prior experience in farming communities and strong computer skills are desired.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred; 5+ years agriculture experience or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ experience using standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the agriculture industry, including application of agricultural chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with growers to increase sales of agricultural inputs and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with delivery, quality, and service of products.
• Develop strategies to increase sales of proprietary products and advise growers on agricultural issues.
