CDM Smith is seeking a mid- to senior-level Sediment Remediation Scientist or Geologist with a strong track record in sediment remediation. You will lead a team of engineers/scientists and collaborate with Federal and Public sector clients on complex projects.

Expertise in remediation technologies, regulatory steps, and design delivery is preferred. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and about 7 years of related experience, with travel as needed.

Competenze

• Experience evaluating sediment remediation technologies and designs.
• Understanding sediment transport, site assessment, sampling and cap modeling.
• Ability to lead staff and communicate technical information to clients.

Mansioni

• Evaluate feasibility of remediation technologies for riverine, coastal, riparian sites.
• Prepare sediment remediation designs for complex sites with multiple stakeholders.
• Provide mathematical/statistical support for environmental data.
