Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 7+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in evaluating feasibility of sediment remediation technologies and design sediment remediation solutions for riverine, coastal, and port settings.
• Lead the technical team and coordinate with CDM Smith subject matter experts on complex sediment sites.
• Apply understanding of sediment transport, environmental site assessment, sampling/monitoring, cap modeling, dredge approaches, and remedial action design.
• Support mathematical/statistical evaluations of environmental data sets.
• Serve as technical liaison with clients, the public, and outside consultants and communicate complex evaluations clearly.
• Mentor and review work of other staff to ensure technically sound deliverables compliant with regulations.
