Williams College Museum of Art (WCMA) seeks a technically skilled Security and Visitor Services Manager to lead all aspects of welcoming, safety, and security for the new museum facility. You will hire, train, and schedule staff, operate security systems, and closely coordinate with College safety and building teams.

You will manage a 20+ staff, develop training, and ensure safe operations during relocation and ongoing operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in security operations or management, or hospitality management.
• Experience leading security staff and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Certification in first aid and CPR.
• Knowledge of security technology including cameras, access control, alarms.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Oversee daily operation of security and visitor services teams to ensure safety and welcoming environment.
• Lead staffing planning, scheduling, and reporting for a 20+ team.
• Develop and implement security and emergency response protocols and training materials.
• Collaborate with WCMA leadership, Campus Safety, Building Manager, and external agencies.
