Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Training Manager to lead and coordinate all training activities for a large client. You will design, develop, deliver, and manage security training programs to ensure officers meet client expectations and Securitas standards.

The role requires travel to client sites and flexible scheduling across shifts. You will partner with the District Manager, Account Managers, and client leadership to align training with site needs, monitor

Qualifications

• Associate Degree and 1 year of training experience, or Associate’s Degree and 3 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supports management in achieving training objectives and sets goals for training.
• Ensures compliance with training requirements for contracts and regulations.
• Conducts needs analyses and collaborates with managers to determine training needs.
• Formulates policies and schedules training to align with client service calendars.
• Selects instructional methods and develops training materials and aids.
• Trains instructors and supervisory staff in effective training techniques.
• Maintains records and prepares reports evaluating training performance.
