Qualifications

• Associate degree and 1 year of security industry experience or equivalent.
• Must meet state licensing requirements where applicable.
• Knowledge of training techniques for different learning styles.
• Ability to use audio-visual equipment and PCs.
• Strong oral and written communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training programs for security staff.
• Ensure compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and company training requirements.
• Schedule trainings to align with client service schedules.
• Maintain training records and prepare performance reports.
• Develop training materials and organize manuals and multimedia assets.
• Confer with managers to determine training needs and approaches.
• Conduct new employee orientation and mandatory licensing training.
