Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Security Training Supervisor to lead and coordinate security personnel across properties in Laughlin. You will implement deployment strategies, oversee performance, and liaise with law enforcement and local partners to uphold Caesars policies and mission.

The role requires strong judgment, proven law enforcement or security leadership experience, and the ability to train staff, respond to emergencies, and maintain high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must obtain Nevada Gaming License.
• Must possess Nevada alcohol awareness card.
• Experience in law enforcement or military police with weapons knowledge.
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).
• Must attend mandatory trainings including legal, tactical, CPR and firearms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and respond to emergency situations using established protocol.
• Secure the scene and coordinate evacuation and responders.
• Conduct covert surveillance operations.
• Render first aid and report injuries.
• Safeguard confidential information.
• Maintain proficiency with protective equipment and weapons.
• Lead ethically and in compliance with laws and policies.
• Identify compliance risks and mitigate them.
• Foster integrity and a compliant culture.
• Assist in daily security operations.
• Provide CPR training.
• Monitor attendance and coach staff.
• Certified Instructor for Security Academy programs.
• Lead and mentor a small team.
• Work with other departments and management.
