Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a team, ensure proficient guest safety, and protect assets across our Oklahoma operations. The role emphasizes investigations, policy adherence, and cross-department coordination in a fast-paced casino environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in security or law enforcement with supervisory experience, knowledge of gaming regulations, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ Security/Law Enforcement experience with at least two in supervision.
• Knowledge of Oklahoma Gaming regulations preferred.
• Ability to conduct investigations and knowledge of gaming controls.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
• Must be 21+ and able to work varied schedules including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members, foster teamwork and engagement.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts; generate reports.
• Ensure excellent guest service and security support.
• Investigate incidents and liaise with authorities.
• Train and coach staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal controls.
