Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in St. Louis is seeking a Security Supervisor to provide direct and general supervision to security staff on the assigned shift, ensuring effective operations.

You will oversee staffing, training, incident response, asset protection and guest service, while coordinating with local authorities and maintaining compliance with gaming and company policies. Demonstrated supervisor experience and a valid gaming license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Must be able to maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Demonstrated supervisor experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of civil and criminal laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, evaluating, training, developing, monitoring and leadteam members in such a manner to maintain a positive employee relations culture.
• Maintain awareness of all property activity and respond to incidents and service needs.
• Ensure proper arrest procedures and detainment techniques per civil or company laws and assist authorities as needed.
• Maintain information on cheats, thieves, vagrants, etc., and coordinate with law enforcement and other casinos.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest service standards are met.
• Provide support to departmental management in terminations, thefts, investigations, and procedures.
• Oversee occupational injury reports and liability issues for the property.
• Schedule training classes on CPR, Fire Fighting & Response, First-Aid and security procedures.
• Ensure policy and procedures for Slot, Table Games and Cage are followed, including transactions and pits.
• Promote a safe and secure working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
