Job summary

Google is seeking a Technology Enablement Manager within the Global Security Systems and Technology team. You will drive operational excellence by transforming regional security needs into structured technology solutions and serve as the bridge between end-users and engineering partners.

You will lead end-to-end lifecycle of security systems projects, establish intake processes, define requirements, manage timelines, and document training frameworks across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or technology project management.
• Experience with change management and cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects.
• Represent GSST and interface with executives across customer verticals, translating requests into requirements.
• Drive end-to-end project management, track timelines, mitigate risks, manage vendors, and deliver training.
• Conduct post-deployment health checks and validation reviews to ensure systems meet benchmarks.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a Quantitative field, Business Administration, Technology Management, or equivalent practical experience
