Job summary

Google is seeking a Technology Enablement Manager within the GSST – Central Operations and Tech Enablement team. You will translate security needs into structured tech solutions, manage end-to-end deployments, and collaborate with Security Operations and GSOC leaders to drive consistent, scalable programs.

You will establish intake processes, define requirements, coordinate with engineering partners, and lead timelines with clear communications across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related area, plus equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or technology project management.
• Experience with change management and managing cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets.
