Job summary

Google is seeking a Technology Enablement Manager within the Global Security Systems and Technology (GSST) team to transform regional security needs into scalable technology solutions. You will act as the bridge between end-users (Security Operations and GSOC) and engineering partners, defining requirements and managing deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Quantitative field, Business Administration, Technology Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or technology project management.
• Experience with change management and cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects.
• Represent GSST and interface with executives across customer verticals, translating requests into requirements.
• Drive end-to-end project management, timelines, risk mitigation, vendor management, SOPs/runbooks, and training.
• Conduct post-deployment health checks to ensure delivered systems meet benchmarks and original intent.
