Job summary

Google GSRS seeks a Technology Enablement Manager within the Global Security Systems and Technology (GSST) team. You will bridge end-users and engineering partners to transform regional security needs into robust tech solutions and manage the lifecycle of security deployments.

You will drive structured intake, clear requirements, timelines, and comprehensive training frameworks, supporting safety and resilience across Google operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business administration, technology management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or technology project management.
• Experience with change management and managing cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects.
• Interface with executives across customer verticals (e.g., GSOC, SecOps) to translate requests into structured requirements.
• Drive end-to-end project management, timelines, risks, and vendor management; author SOPs/runbooks.
• Deliver targeted training and structured documentation for smooth handovers.
• Conduct post-deployment health checks and validation reviews.
