Job summary

Google is seeking a Technology Enablement Manager within the Global Security Systems and Technology (GSST) team to lead security projects from ideation to deployment, collaborating with engineering, security operations, and GSOC to translate needs into concrete requirements.

You will own end‑to‑end delivery, establish intake processes, manage timelines, and document training frameworks while balancing risks and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, Business Administration, Technology Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or technology project management.
• Experience with change management and managing cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects.
• Represent GSST and interface with executives across customer verticals, translating requests into structured requirements.
• Drive end-to-end project management, track timelines, mitigate risks, manage integration vendors, author SOPs/runbooks, and deliver targeted training for smooth handovers.
• Conduct post-deployment health checks and validation reviews to ensure delivered systems meet operational benchmarks and match the original intent.
