Job summary

Google is seeking a Technology Enablement Manager within GSST to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of security systems projects, partnering with Security Operations and GSOC to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.

You'll drive operational excellence, establish intake processes, coordinate with engineering partners, manage timelines, and document training frameworks for scalable deployments across multiple U.S. locations, including Sunnyvale and Playa Vista.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or technology project management.
• Experience with change management and cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects.
• Represent GSST and interface with executives across customer verticals, translating requests into structured requirements.
• Drive end-to-end project management, track timelines, mitigate risks, manage vendors, author SOPs/runbooks, and deliver targeted training for handovers.
• Conduct post-deployment health checks and validation to ensure delivered systems meet benchmarks and align with original intent.
