Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; state license or credentials preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV and access control; supervisory experience required.
• Must pass background checks, and meet licensing requirements for the site.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security staff at the site.
• Perform Security Officer duties when needed and enforce procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities.
• Train Security Officers and Shift Leads.
• Coordinate with operations management and manage staff sign-in/out.
• Assist with payroll and personnel administration.
