Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a security team onsite across multiple sites. You will supervise officers, enforce procedures, and coordinate with management to ensure a safe environment. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and readiness to respond to incidents.

The position requires 18+, a HS diploma or GED, a valid security card, clean driving record, flexible schedule, and reliable transportation. Strong English communication and a smartphone are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Possess a valid state-issued Security Guard card.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle preferred) and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on short notice.
• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must have a working smartphone for scheduling, communication, and reporting purposes.
• Experience leading a team including; Recruiting, Interviewing, On Boarding, Scheduling, Teaching, Accountability, CCTV, Basic computer skills including; Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, & Teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security staff
• Perform Security Officer duties when needed
• Implement and enforce security procedures
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities
• Train Security Officers and Shift Leads
• Communicate with operations management
• Conduct inspections and manage staff sign-in/out
• Assist with payroll and personnel management
