Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in the Alarm Industry.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service CCTV, access control, and intrusion hardware cabling as technology evolves.
• Assist in testing and basic programming of cameras and alarm points.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per client agreements or warranty.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems/equipment.
• Be available for on-call rotation after hours, weekends, and holidays.
