Job summary

Brady Integrated Security is seeking a Security Service Technician to service and configure Access Control, CCTV, DVRs/NVRs, Burglar Alarms, Intercoms and Telephone Entry Systems. The role includes diagnosing equipment and configurations and providing customer training.

The position requires 5 years of maintenance/ installation & service experience, familiarity with Open Options, Software House, and AMAG, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; electronic trade school preferred.
5 years of maintenance/install/ service experience required.
Familiarity with Access Control systems: Open Options, Software House, AMAG.

Responsibilities

Service and configure Access Control, CCTV (Analog/IP), DVRs/NVRs, Burglar Alarms, Intercoms, and Telephone Entry Systems.
Interface with customers, provide training, and build relationships.
Troubleshoot using technical manuals and manufacturer support to resolve problems.
Inspect sites, review plans, and determine material requirements for service.
Test sensors, batteries, and alarms; diagnose malfunctions and ensure proper operation.
Follow safety programs and comply with company procedures.
Work overtime/weekends as needed.
