Strada Services is seeking a Security Technician to install CCTV, access control, audio/video equipment and related cabling at client sites. The role involves hands-on field work in a fast-paced environment and requires strong communication and teamwork.

You will participate in testing, basic programming, preventive maintenance, and repairs per client agreements. An on-call rotation and daily status updates are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the Alarm Industry.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install CCTV, Access Control, Audio Video Equipment and intrusion hardware cabling.
• Assist in testing installed equipment and basic programming for cameras and alarms.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and repair per client agreements or warranty.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair systems and/or equipment.
• Participate in an on-call rotation; be available after hours and on weekends/holidays.
• Update team lead daily on status and materials needed.
• Perform additional security technician tasks as assigned.
