Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for CCTV, intrusion detection, and access control systems remotely.
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and support requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and onboarding of new security systems and devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues related to security systems.
• Document all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams while maintaining customer communication.
