Job summary

Orion Security Solutions is seeking a Senior Technician/Team Leader based in the Dallas, TX area (Carrollton office). The role focuses on leading site technicians, ensuring timely installations, and maintaining high-quality workmanship across Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection projects.

You will supervise installation teams, coordinate with project managers, mentor technicians, and ensure safety and compliance on site in the Dallas metro area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years hands-on experience installing low-voltage security systems (Access Control, CCTV, IDS).
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role overseeing installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and integration teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project manager to ensure plan is followed and executed.
• Mentor and train subordinates and coordinate with customers to maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure safety requirements are followed and incidents are reported.
• Perform other duties as needed to support OSS.
