Job summary

Citadel Access Solutions in Arlington, TX is seeking a Lead Low Voltage & Security Systems Technician to oversee a two-person installation team and drive successful hands-on deployments.

You will install, configure, test, and commission access control, CCTV, and network systems, mentor junior technicians, and ensure safety and code compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading installation crews within low-voltage/security.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting access control, telephone entry, audio/video, and network equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a two-person installation team.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and per standards.
• Train and mentor Installation Technicians on procedures, troubleshooting, safety, and best practices.
• Support development of junior technicians for advancement into Lead roles.
• Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and commission access control, CCTV, and network systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specs.
• Coordinate with project managers, service personnel, customers, contractors, and vendors.
