Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years hands-on experience installing/commissioning low-voltage security systems (Access Control, CCTV, IDS).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead installer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and integration teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with the project manager to ensure the project plan is followed.
• Maintain transparency with the project manager on status, needs and expectations.
• Mentor and train subordinates.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure scope is properly completed and relationships stay strong.
• Ensure safety requirements are followed and incidents are reported.
• Perform other responsibilities as needed by OSS.
