• Work closely with the project manager to ensure the plan is followed and properly executed.
• Maintain transparency with the project manager regarding status, needs, expectations, and details.
• Mentor and train subordinates.
• Coordinate with the customer to ensure the scope is properly completed.
• Ensure safety requirements are followed and incidents are reported.
• Perform other responsibilities as required by OSS.
