Stone Security, part of BearCom, is seeking a Support Engineer in Texas to provide expert technical support for Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP security systems. You will diagnose issues, coordinate service calls, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in security system support, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read manuals and wiring diagrams. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in security systems support or related IT field.
• Proficiency with Milestone, LenelS2, DMP or similar security platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting for security, video surveillance, and access control systems.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security software and hardware systems (Milestone, LenelS2, DMP).
• Diagnose and resolve system performance issues and plan upgrades.
• Coordinate service and maintenance calls; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and support of electronic security solutions.
• Advise clients on system performance and upgrades; maintain strong client relationships.
• Support internal teams with troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
