Job summary

Stone Security is seeking a Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for our security software and hardware systems, including Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP. You will diagnose issues, coordinate service calls, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of system integration, and able to travel to support customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in security systems support or related IT field.
• Proficiency with Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP security platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting for security, video surveillance, and access control.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for security software and hardware systems incl. Milestone/LenelS2/DMP.
• Diagnose and resolve system performance issues for optimal functionality.
• Coordinate service calls and maintenance with customers.
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on installed systems.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and support of electronic security solutions.
• Collaborate with Projects and Sales to design and implement solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Travel to support existing and potential customers.
