Job summary

Stone Security, a BearCom Company, in Nashville, TN, seeks a Support Engineer to deliver expert technical assistance for Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP security systems. You’ll diagnose, troubleshoot, and coordinate service while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer care.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in security systems support, strong communication, and a knack for multitasking. Collaborate with Projects and Sales teams to design, configure, and optimize solutions for client

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in security systems support
Proficiency in Milestone, LenelS2, DMP
Strong troubleshooting for security, video surveillance, and access control systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security software and hardware systems, incl. Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP.
Diagnose and resolve system performance issues, ensuring optimal functionality.
Coordinate service and maintenance calls with customers.
Assist with installation, configuration, and support of electronic security solutions.
Provide expert consultation on system performance, maintenance, and upgrades.
Stay updated on industry trends and security best practices.
