Stone Security is seeking a Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for security software and hardware systems. You will diagnose issues, coordinate service calls, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The role requires 2+ years in security systems support, proficiency with Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP, and strong customer service skills. On-site opportunity in a fast-paced environment with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in security systems support, technical support, or related IT field.
• Proficiency with Milestone, LenelS2, DMP, or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting for security, video surveillance, and access control systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security software and hardware systems (Milestone, LenelS2, DMP).
• Diagnose and resolve system performance issues; plan upgrades and audits.
• Schedule and coordinate service/maintenance calls; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and support of electronic security solutions.
• Collaborate with Projects and Sales to support design and customer needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and security best practices.
