Stone Security is seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our security software and hardware systems. You will diagnose issues, coordinate service calls, and ensure compliance with regulations, while delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in security or IT support, proficiency with Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in security systems support or related IT field.
• Proficiency with Milestone, LenelS2 and DMP or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving for security, video, and access control systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security software and hardware systems (Milestone, LenelS2, DMP).
• Diagnose and resolve system performance issues; coordinate service and maintenance calls.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and support of electronic security solutions.
• Collaborate with Projects and Sales teams for system design and implementation.
• Provide expert consultation on system performance, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Maintain strong client relationships with exceptional service.
