The role requires hands-on installation, configuration, and integration of security solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and ongoing knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in security systems support or related IT field.
• Proficiency with Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting for security, video surveillance, and access control.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security software and hardware.
