Job summary

Jobtailor in Denver is seeking a proactive security systems support technician to diagnose and resolve issues across Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP platforms. You will perform system upgrades, audits, and routine maintenance, while coordinating service calls with customers and internal teams.

You will read manuals and schematics, translate technical problems into actionable steps, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in security systems support, technical support, or related IT field.
• Proficiency with Milestone, LenelS2, DMP or similar security software platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving for security, video surveillance, and access control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Experience with networking concepts, IP-based security systems, and system integrations.
• Certifications in security systems (Milestone, LenelS2, DMP) are a plus.
