You will serve as a subject matter expert, aligning strategic directives with operational execution while ensuring regulatory and institutional standards are met.

The role emphasizes financial tracking, vendor bid evaluation, and cross-team coordination to deliver cost-effective security solutions.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ experience is required.
• Associate’s degree is required, Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• CPM or APM certification required, PMP preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Card Access and Security IT systems.
• General computer knowledge including Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex security system projects across Montefiore Health System from concept to completion.
• Ensure alignment with standards, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Track budgets, commitments, expenditures, invoices and balances.
• Make entries in Strata and Infor, reconcile invoices and financial reporting.
• Solicit, review and level vendor bids; prepare comparisons and recommendations.
