Job summary

i2G Systems seeks an Electronic Security Project Manager to coordinate installation projects at client sites across the region. You will lead field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet schedules, budgets, and client specifications.

You will review drawings and system configurations for access control, video, and intrusion, ensuring quality and safety compliance while driving project profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in electronic security, low-voltage, or commercial systems integration
• 2–3+ years in a project management/coordination role
• PropTech, CRE, or enterprise electronic security experience preferred
• Factory certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; able to pass background and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple concurrent security integration projects
• Supervise installation crews and subcontractors; ensure work aligns with SOW and safety regulations
• Conduct pre-installation site walks; identify readiness issues and communicate risks
• Review security drawings, floor plans, and diagrams; ensure proper programming/configuration with engineers
• Track labor hours, materials, and change orders; manage inventory and out-of-scope work
• Coordinate testing, punch list closeout, and client sign-offs; assist with closeout documentation
