Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct and control project planning and performance activities for electronic security installations. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement and subcontractors, coordinate with vendors and customers, and drive project profitability while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have six years of PM experience in security, strong leadership, excellent communication, and PMP

Qualifications

• Six years of project management experience, electronic security industry preferred.
• Proven ability to manage 4+ million dollar projects to schedule and budget.
• PMP certification preferred; strong knowledge of PM techniques and contract law.
• Independent worker with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and industry tools; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control project planning and performance activities.
• Manage project budget and P&L; oversee procurement and installation planning.
• Coordinate scheduling with trades; maintain records of status and changes.
• Communicate with vendors, customers and management; issue change orders.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and timely collections; monitor ERP reports.
• Lead installation planning, subcontracting and contractor supervision.
• Troubleshoot project issues and develop contingency plans.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
