Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is hiring a Project Manager to plan, organize, direct and control project-planning and performance activities for effective management of electronic security installation.

Projects include scheduling, field installation, commissioning QC/QA and budget success; PM must manage budgets, surveys, procurement, and timelines while coordinating with vendors and customers to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Six years of project management experience; security industry experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred; knowledge of PM tools and contract law helpful.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar projects with on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication with vendors and customers; balance time vs. profits.
• Allocate resources effectively to achieve project objectives and revenue targets.
• Develop change orders and manage project budgets and P&L.
• Plan installation, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination; ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and progress tracking in ERP/PM systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams to meet deadlines.
