Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Six years of project management experience; security industry preferred.
• Proven track record managing 4+ million USD projects on schedule and budget.
• PMP certification preferred; strong knowledge of PM techniques.
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive communication with vendors and customers to balance revenue and delivery.
• Plan, allocate resources and manage project budgets and P&L.
• Develop project installation plans and schedules with trades.
• Manage changes in price, installation plans, and change orders.
• Supervise installation labor and subcontractors.
• Resolve project issues and implement contingency plans.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
