Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and control project activities for electronic security installations across multiple sites in Oklahoma. You will manage scheduling, budgeting, procurement, site surveys, and inspections while coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• At least six years of project management experience in the electronic security industry.
• Proven ability to manage 4+ million dollar projects on schedule and budget.
• PMP certification from PMI preferred.
• Ability to work independently on moderately to highly complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active, thoughtful communication with vendors and customers while balancing time versus profits.
• Allocate and maximize resources through project planning to meet sales and PM objectives.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of industry practices across markets.
• Handle change orders, pricing, and installation plans as needed.
• Support invoicing and collections, ensuring contractual terms are met and reports are accurate.
