Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is hiring a Project Manager to plan, direct and control project activities for electronic security installations. You will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, QC/QA and subcontractors across Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Stillwater, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Candidates should have 6+ years of PM experience in the security industry, with PMP preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
• At least six years of project management experience, electronic security industry preferred.
• PMP certification from PMI preferred; ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active communication with vendors and customers while balancing time vs. profits.
• Allocate and maximize resources through project planning to meet objectives.
• Develop knowledge of industry practices across multiple markets.
• Submit change orders and manage contract price and installation plans.
• Support invoicing and collection, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Manage project budget and P&L; prepare installation plans and procedures.
• Coordinate schedules with trades and maintain all job records.
• Plan engineering, installation and subcontracting activities; supervise labor.
