Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional team of field service technicians across the Southwest.
• Oversee daily field service, maintenance, and warranty work to ensure profitability.
• Schedule manpower, travel, overtime, and field assignments while maintaining safety standards.
• Build relationships with key customers and expand maintenance agreements and upgrades.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and support service delivery.
