Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a security systems installer to mount and wire complex access control, CCTV, and intercom systems on client sites in the United States. You will read plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper operation of all components.

Responsibilities include testing networks, configuring devices, and delivering end-user training. A valid driver’s license and ability to work on site are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Digital & Analog Camera Systems.
• 3+ years in Access Control Systems.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and specs.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install cabling, field equipment and enclosures per code and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot with electronic test equipment on site.
• Read schematics, submittals, specifications and manuals.
• Test and adjust equipment for proper operation and train users.
• Complete paperwork for each job assignment.
