Johnson Controls is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead the Fort Meade, MD security upgrade project. You will oversee field construction, manage subcontractors, and ensure work is on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards for electronic security systems.

This federal role requires coordination with the Project Manager, adherence to safety programs, and the ability to obtain or maintain DoD security clearance.

Formación

• 5+ years of project coordination and supervision in commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience overseeing large-scale projects (over $1M) with multiple trades.
• Strong interpersonal skills for supervising staff and client interface.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic Windows environment.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance; active DoD clearance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise field construction to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Inspect and report on site activity; ensure subcontractors perform on schedule.
• Develop means/methods for installation requirements with Project Manager.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and manage on-site team.
• Support safety requirements and SSHO functions as needed.
• Plan work, monitor progress, and update schedules with PM.
• Coordinate inspections, tests, and client requirements.
• Participate in project/site meetings with stakeholders.
• Elevate issues to PM/management as needed.
