Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in physical security or related field.
• Experience in construction, electrical, electronic security, or systems integration.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV (analog and IP), intercom, and intrusion systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Security Management, Building Construction, or Mechanical engineering.
• Ability to obtain PMP, CSPM, PSP, or CPP within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily functional management for installation and service projects.
• Monitor SLA schedules and coordinate work from start-up through commissioning.
• Review contracts and schedules to support procurement and subcontractor coordination.
• Direct employees and subcontractors, managing day-to-day execution.
• Maintain project records, billing, and close-out analyses.
• Provide weekly project status reports to customers.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability are aligned.
