Job summary

AMAROK Security in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites nationwide. This role requires Monday–Friday overnight travel within a 150–250 mile radius, with base pay plus overtime to reach $65,000–$85,000 annually.

The position offers a company vehicle, per diem for travel, and valuable benefits while supporting the nationwide service network.

Qualifications

• Must be available to travel Monday-Friday weekly.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing security systems.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Experience with access control or fire alarm systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic math for configurations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
• Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning after construction.
• Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routes.
• Build strong relationships with customers through service and support.
• Provide assistance to other Field Service Technicians as needed.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic laws to reach service locations.
• Monitor inventory, complete service reports, and submit documentation on time.
• Track and submit expense reports following company policies.
