Job summary

AMAROK seeks a Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites. The role requires Monday–Friday overnight travel within a 150–250 mile service radius, ensuring security system functionality nationwide.

The position offers base pay plus overtime with approximate year-end earnings of $70,000–$90,000 and hourly wages of $30.00–$33.00, depending on experience and location. Per diem, a company vehicle, and a yearly bonus are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing security systems
• Valid Driver’s License
• OSHA certification or familiarity preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and safely climb ladders up to 30 ft.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
• Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning after construction is completed.
• Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routes to ensure timely completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through service, training, and support.
• Provide assistance to other Field Service Technicians to promote teamwork.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic laws to reach service locations.
• Monitor inventory levels, complete service reports, and submit documentation on time.
• Track and submit expense reports according to company policies.
