Job summary

AMAROK is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for perimeter security systems. The role requires Monday–Friday travel within a 150–250 mile radius, with per diem and a company vehicle provided.

The position includes annual earnings of $70,000–$90,000 (base plus overtime) and an hourly range of $30.00–$33.00, depending on experience and location. Opportunity for a yearly bonus and windshield time pay is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (access control systems or fire alarms a plus).
• OSHA certification and/or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
• Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Ability to operate power equipment (aerial lifts, concrete saws, jack hammers, augers, mixers).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites following SOPs.
• Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning after construction.
• Prioritize and route daily service calls for timely maintenance and repair work.
• Build strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and support.
• Support other Field Service Technicians and share knowledge.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic laws to reach service locations.
