Job summary

AMAROK is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for perimeter security systems. The role requires overnight travel Monday–Friday within a 150–250 mile radius, ensuring nationwide security and functionality of our systems.

Approximate year-end earnings range from $70,000 to $90,000, with hourly pay of $30.00–$33.00, guided by experience and travel demands. Join a growing team that values service excellence and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing security systems (access control/fire alarms a plus).
• OSHA certification or familiarity preferred.
• Willingness to travel Monday–Friday weekly within service radius.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and upgrades at customer sites to ensure optimal system performance.
• Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections and commissioning after construction.
• Prioritize daily service calls and route to ensure timely maintenance and repair work.
• Build strong relationships with customers through outstanding service, training and support.
• Provide assistance to other Field Service Technicians and share knowledge.
• Drive safely and follow traffic laws to reach service locations.
