Job summary

AMAROK is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites across a designated service radius. The role requires Monday–Friday overnight travel and offers a base salary plus overtime, with a company vehicle provided for travel.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on experience with security systems (access control or fire alarms a plus), a valid driver’s license, and OSHA familiarity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems.
• OSHA certification or familiarity is preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and climb a ladder up to 30 ft.
• Experience with access control systems and/or fire alarms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
• Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning after construction.
• Route and prioritize daily service calls for timely maintenance and repair.
• Build strong relationships with customers through outstanding service and support.
• Support fellow technicians and promote teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Travel safely to service locations and comply with traffic laws.
