Job summary

AMAROK is seeking a Field Service Technician to support perimeter security systems nationwide. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites, with Monday–Friday overnight travel within a 150–250 mile radius.

The role offers base pay plus overtime, with approximate yearly earnings of $70,000–$90,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, per diem, a company vehicle, and 401(k) matching. A valid driver's license and OSHA familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be available to travel Monday-Friday weekly.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing security systems (access control and/or fire alarms a plus).
• OSHA certification and/or familiarity preferred.
• Able to lift heavy objects and climb a ladder up to 30 ft.
• Able to operate power equipment (aerial lifts, concrete saws, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Basic math for measurements and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
• Assist Install Department with site planning and system commissioning after construction.
• Schedule and prioritize service calls for timely completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through exceptional service.
• Support fellow technicians and share knowledge.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic laws to reach locations.
